Curry is a real healthy diet

Searching for love? Cardimon and fenugreek are said to be aphrodisiac . Vegetable power needs to be noted. Lentils, chick peas beans ect. are rich in fibre, protein, iron and vitamin B

Aubergines have anti cancer properties and help normalise blood pressure due to the potassium they contain.
Potato is an important food, most Britons get half their immune strengthening vitamin C from potatoes.

Tomatoes
are a recent but much loved addition to the Indian cuisine.A rich source of the antioxidant vitamin C and E. Cooked tomatoes contain the valuable phytochemical lycopene, which offers specific protection against prostate cancer.

Nuts and seeds
are a good source of protein.

 

Onions are useful source of vitamin C, with its antioxidant and anti cancer properties. Its also rich in sulphur based pytochemicals that fight infection, especially of the sinuses and chest. Also prevent saturated fats in the diet from raising cholesterol, and can help to prevent and alleviaet gout arthritis and chiblains.



Yoghurt has a rich source of calcium. Yoghurt is a valuable form of vegetarian protein and also has useful amounts of zinc which builds resistance and promotes sperm production. Especially important are the prebiotic bacteria in the live yoghurt, which fight candida and other harmful organisms.
